I was about to write something similar. Whilst I don't find this ad offensive, I'll bet if we made an ad about a Japanese person struggling with English, that went everywhere, even in the shower holding their camera, and was only 3.5ft tall, advertising noodles, there would be hell to pay from the PC brigade.sumanoskae said:

RACISM is the belief that certain races are Unquestionably SUPRERIOR to others.

ive been to tokyo its the fact that im as white as the moon didnt make anyone make fun of me even though my japanese isnt perfect. either way its not really a big deal but i lmao at the last thing me likee mcflied lice. if anything i do think its not a bad idea to stop this before it becomes a fad 
i mean its not doing any harm YET but it could catch on and spread like a virus and i want to go to japan again next year since tokyo was so much fun this year.

well, i can see where this would come from, considering that i stumble with my very broken japanese every time i go out, and i know many others who do the same (if not worse). But they never seem to mind too much. While i may not dress like that, i get it, coming to a country you can't speak the language or understand the culture annoys them, or they think it's hilarious. But it's still nowhere near as bad as their opinion of black people... seriously, look at any anime with one in it, and tell me it's not rascist.
