A lot of vitriol for the Kinect I see, but I can't say it's unwarranted considering it's advertisement.

Good riddance, Kinect!

Both of the poems were very good this week, I think. Props!

Outstanding job to both poetry masters; to Yahtzee for the horrors of unearthing the dreadful past and to Jim Sterling for his venom-laced eulogy of the soon deceased Kinect.

Oh Jim, I could taste your hatred of the Kinect right on my screen, and it is delicious. Yahtzee warned against disturbing that which should stay dead, but we didn't listen. WHY DIDN'T WE LISTEN?!

Atari for the 2600, that was soon clear.
But somehow even better yet, for that Kinect bit I hartily CHEER!

In other words, thanks a bunch guys as usual.
And Jim; I think I would have written the exact same poem!!!

Ok, now that Kinect eulogy that Jim did was freaking hysterical. Makes me wish there were even more of these Rhymedowns where he goes full "Jimquisitor" on some garbage the video-game industry is dumping out.

Jim, you FAIL!

You actually made me sorry for the Kinect!

Anyway, despite the horror of a mound of sentient ET cartridges, random guy on t'Internet's totally subjective and logically unjustifiable opinion is: Jim won this one. So that's that argument completely settled. Anybody else fancy going down the pub?

Brilliant, both of them. Yahtzee's made me laugh out loud in the end.

Jim, i share the sentiment, but Bing is kinda "A thing". its the second most popular search engine after google.

The Kinect isn't really dead.

They will still sell the original bundle as well along with Kinect's on the side.

Arguably by birthright as opposed to actual merit though. Anything backed by the biggest OS provider in the market isn't going to just fade into obscurity. That said I don't have much gripe with it. If anything my only complaint is it's hardly any different from using Google.

Eh The kinect's not that bad. I like it, but it never should have been mandatory.
EDIT: I realised I said Kinect in general, I just meant Kinect 2.0, kinect 1 can rot in hell.

Hey, nothing agains Bing! I need it because google has a "always on" porn filter.
