Justin Bieber "Beat Up" a 12 Year Old

So, apparently last night while playing Laser Tag in B.C. (It's a province in Canada) Justin Bieber Assualted a young boy. The boy insulted him or something which resulted in... get this: Justin Bieber pinching and slapping him. Justin Bieber may be in trouble with the cops since he is 16 while the boy was just twelve. At the time not much else is known, but Slapping? Really? From a 16 year old boy I would at least expect a punch....

So, what does teh Escapist think about this?

Edit: The boy apparently called Justin gay, which is why he is going to take a stand against homophobia. Which makes me think, is he actually gay?

Also before people point out and ask I'm more or less indifferent, though I do feel kinda bad for Justin since me once being 16 I can say I've done much worse.

I think that if I had my every move as a 16-year old chronicled and put on display, I'd have a lot more to answer for than Justin Bieber. He's not a entertainment-tron, he's a kid. Kids do dumb stuff. Most of just have the luxury of not having our mistakes talked about on TV.

I think no one should care. Sure, he hit the kid and the puffiest way imaginable without involving a whip, but if I was sixteen and some little prick called me gay I'd give them a clip roun the ear (or beat them with the butt of the laser gun, if I was really into it).

Have to agree, I don't think it's news I'm actually on Justins side. (I mean I hate him but he's 16, we all did stupid shit at 16) Just wondering what the peoples opinions are.
