The man with the voice made of pure sex.

Personally I find Keith David to be one of the most criminally underestimated voice actors. He voices the Arbiter from Halo, Captain Anderson in the Mass Effect Series(a role which he did so well the character got a few books to be a badass in) and plays Sergeant Foley in Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 2(be honest, he's the only thing you remember about the game being "Ramirez do this, do that!"

He has the voice of god, akin, if not better to Morgan Freeman. He has the American version of John Hurt's voice, or David Attenborough. The deep baritome which is just at home as a Evil-doer, as a good-doer, he can even sing with it!

Videos for reference.

Is there much love for Keith David on The Escapist?

Not entirely sure if this is in the right forum section, but seeing as he does voice acting for games, this place seems fine.

YES!

He has one of those voices that I just wish he would read bedtime stories to me...
....
....what?

Usually I'm not a fan of actors doing voice roles (they're generally not that good) but Keith David, along with some others (Keith Szarabajka, Peter Stormare, Carl Weathers, Clancy Brown, James Hong and more), do a fantastic job almost every time.

You forgot Julius from Saints Row! And I think there's quite a bit of love for him here as he's always picked by a fair few people in those "Who would you want to voice such and such?" threads that pop up every so often. And with good reason too.

Yeah, he's awesome.

Although I don't think he's ever really had the chance to shine in the ME games.

Keith David has always been awesome, he's a great actor too. He is one of the most memorable fights in movie history as well in the movie They Live. And, he single-handedly made The Cape an awesome show, it deserved 6 seasons and movie.
