Alright, so let's play a little game. I would like you fine folks to post your favorite song of the moment, then your favorite song from 5 years ago, then 10 years, then so on until you can't remember having a favorite song. For example, if you are 20, then post your favorite song now, then your favorite when you were 15, and so on. I realize that we're mostly young folks who won't have much of a history, but whatever, I'm just curious to see the results. And please be honest, as this shall be a judgment free zone.

I had no idea what the title was at the time, but FlCl, and that riff especially, is probably my most vivid memory from 6th grade

Stephen Sondheim was a constant part of my childhood, and Into the Woods is probably the basis for my entire worldview, it's hard choosing just one, but this one sticks out in my memory for some reason

Spoiler: 17 - This one's actually the toughest to pick. This is probably my current favourite song ever, but I listen to so many different genres now that I could easily have picked something else which sounds completely different. Still, amazing song. Everything about it is perfect.

Ok here we go.

I can never have one favourite. I have about 5 favourite songs a year. I have a favourite song for the 6 days I spent driving across Australia with my amazing girlfriend and that song (I love what you've done with your hair - The Darkness) will always remind me of that experience.

While Broken Leg - Blue Juice will always remind me of the summer of 2009 when I first met my mate Shannon and spent every spare moment with my Brother, Sister-in-law, and nephews.

I tend to get sound tracks to portions of my life, last Christmas it was Feel So Close - Calvin Harris. I just listen to a song a bunch and it reminds me of that moment in my life.

So anyway, there's two for some.
