Saddly hell is only the absence of god. The whole lake of fire, and torture...
Being away from the host was the only "torment" .
I like the novel Preacher/Sandman how the devil would complain hell was nice and quiet till the human showed up and starts screaming they needed to be punished, tortured and burned.
Now Heroes in Hell, a very good book...had hell as a never ending cold damp run down New York City, where Napelon lived next to Wellington in a run down apartment complex...the VC took over central park to forever fight a war.
And to be that sounds more believable than what men twist it. I dislike the faith of the word of god being twisted and remade from a word of man.
Think god cares if you eat meat on Friday...nope sure a man did, and I bet he was a fisherman to when he forced that little entry to get slipped in.
Give a man a fish, eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, eats for a life time. Teach a man to make a artifcial shortage of fish, and threatens people with the wrath of god unless they buy and eat his fish... he eats steak. All day, everyday.
