As for making me smile, my favorite movie review Jeremyjahns just did a Q&A video and the end just made me do a d'awww smile to myself.

Spoiler: Caramel Frappe introduced me to this. It's a parody of sorts of Kill La Kill:

It's bizarre, stupid and over the top. Which fits the show it's parodying perfectly. Mako's voice reminds me of the Scout from TF2 which makes it even funnier. I also just noticed for the first time that the music in the background is from Persona.

Spoiler: This other one is also a parody, this time of Dark Souls. I cannot recall how I found out about it:

It's (more or less) a summary of the world and lore of Dark Souls prior to the game but told in a stupid/funny way.

They are the kinds of videos where I can't even pick a favourite part because I just found all of it so funny.

This is an older youtube thing, but I keep a few of the "Where the Hell is Matt?" videos buried in my bookmarks, and they make me smile every time I randomly decide to watch them.

This little gem, from Garth Marenghi's Darkplace, a brilliant parody of b-list, lowest-budget television productions:


That one made me laugh myself stupid, but this one was actually surprisingly touching at the end; I suspect it evoked strong and happy memories for a lot of the audience:


...The ending is strangely warming; I guess there's some truth to it being a melodious, comforting accent.

I totally loved this advert as a kid, forgot it existed entirely. Thankfully someone made some techno beat drop dubstep thing with it. Turn down your headphones for the start though.

Weren't they called Sugar Puffs though? Must be the American version, still the Honey Waffle Monster? Nowhere near as cool sounding as the Sugar Puff Monster.
