So the last week something very pro-consumer but anti-friend has been going on. It's called Logan-Gate.

A Cosplay prop maker has been called out all week about how he takes money and doesn't deliver on his promises.

Here are the links:

I know this man. He bought me a birthday cupcake at Chuck E. Cheese.

And I know this man from what others have told me. I have two friends who have been more or less, ripped off by him.

And I've also had an up close and personal view on how he treats his customers. He even had another friend of his claim he was working on the Wolverine movie so he can't fill the cosplay orders anymore.

As much as I consider him a friend. He's also a snake oil salesmen and should be avoided (I've done that for a lot of my fiends looking for prop makers. Telling them to stay away from him because he only is bad)

Now I share this with the Escapist... what are your opinions?

Well that is good info. And not in just some internet drama context, the dude is literally stealing money from customers, if you are one of the people affected you need to notify the authorities on the double because it's straight up fraud and the dude is looking at jail time.

Also I may be the irritating ass that always points out you need to double check these hobby craftsmen, but you really do need to especially in a money upfront deal... fuck it I can't even fathom why you would give anyone money upfront.
