When Starcraft 2 came out I did the entire campaign mode in one sitting, and completed every mission.
I'm not sure exactly how long it took me, but it did take a decent amount of time.
If you're talking about sheer hours combined, probably over 1000 in KotOR. I've beaten it around 60 times now, with a solid 25+ hour playthrough, plus all of the mods I've added.
