Looking for a PS1 game *found it*

Hi,

I'm looking for a specific PS1 game. You're in a 3D open world futuristic city and you play as a police car, motorcycle and then a helicopter.

You basically go around the city doing missions revolving around shooting criminals. Kinda like a PS1 3D GTA or Driver meets Ghost in the Shell.

Does anyone have a clue what the game is I'm talking about and what it's called?

For some reason FutureCop LAPD came into my mind from the description...get that though too because it rocks.

Yeah, I had that game too. I would buy that again, if I knew someone who'd play it with me 2 player. The 2 player vs that played a bit like an RTS was epic.
