Looking for an anime

There was an anime that came out awhile back that had a traditional Japanese art style too it, but I can't remember what it was called and so far looking it up has been fruitless. I don't think it was that Ghibli movie about the princess and the peach and it certainly wasn't Demon Slayer, despite some of the action effects looking like traditional art. Anyone have any idea? Unfortunately I don't even know when it would have been released.

I want to say it was at least a few years old. Like I think I was made aware of it like 2 or 3 years ago, but it could be even older.

How stylish was the art style and was it like it all the time? Rakugo sometime had very stylish art style for some of the performance section.

Do you remember any plot detail?

Was it about some kid with sword for limb? Or something about a girl trying to get revenge for her dead father being helped by an immortal samurai? (I don't remember the title of those). Never watched it but there some show about girl playing some traditional japeness poem game that may have some stylish section.

I think it had art style like ancient traditional Japanese art.

Although, the weird thing is now that I think about it, it might have just been a sequence of another anime. Gah, I hate not remembering, but remembering at the same time. I'm pretty sure what Im thinking of was about a samurai.
