I can start a user group for MAG, though the problem is I'm most likely just going to get this off of Gamefly so I won't keep it forever. Someone start up a usergroup and the Playstation group can collaborate.

Please elaborate on this "Usergroup". How might one go about creating a group of users?

Right 'ere, boyo. [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/groups/] It would be fan-tab-u-lous if someone could make a usergroup to organize a MAG clan, "Escapist" or "Esc" obviously. Preferably before January 4, that way people can get a feel for it and organize it more smoothly when the real thing comes out.

If you'd like, you can start a group and lead the MAG clan, you just need to keep it active enough. Some sporadic games here and there, nothing too big for anyone to handle. The Playstation Group [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/groups/view/Escapist-PlayStation-Gamers] will collaborate with the MAG group for more members, scheduled times, etc...

Though I just thought of a problem, since there are 3 different factions would we need 3 different groups? That would be troublesome, but we could work it out. We could make it like "Esc-RVN" or "Escapist SVER" or something like that.

That sounds complicated, but worth the effort if we can get a big group going. Can more than one person run the group and take responsibility for it's shenanigans? I will try to set up the group early tomorow, giving everyone one day to connect, but no assistance would be turned away.

Also, GameFly will let you purchase games, by the way.

Yes, you can assign moderators/admins to the group, and I think you can even transfer ownership to another person. What I would suggest is to hire 2 other people to take over the other factions if it is necessary (or 3 if you aren't going to rule one)

And yes, I know you can purchase games on GameFly, though I don't really see a reason as I could just put it on my GameQ again and get it rather than pay an extra $45 to a $300 a year plan. BUSINESS!!! Though I don't know if it's sensible business...

the only thing i question is that how will they stop the lagging?and the game has to probably stress the ps3 a lot to hold 256 PLAYERS on a map or if in the air on screen.

Duh wa? When did you get above 10,000 posts? Jeez, I'm behind the times...

But yeah, if sooperman isn't going to do it, you can make a usergroup for a MAG clan. Just keep up with MAG news and whatnot, you know stuff like Double XP weekends and new DLC and stuff. Not too hard, though if you need a different clan for each faction that could be troublesome, but you could hire some mods/admins to take over the other two factions. Go Raven/Valor! Suck it S.V.E.R!

If you were the general overlord/chief executive/leader person, Commi, the group would have a nice shiney figurehead, which wouldn't hurt our mass apeal, methinks.

While we are on topic, though, what does S.V.E.R stand for, anyone? They call themselves "Sever", but their logo is clearly an acronym.

I don't have a PS 3 but I'm thinking of getting one, and this just gives me more reason to get the console. But i haven't understood, how does this work. If you download it, you can play 2 modes , right, for free? But for how long ? And I'm worried that my network connection can't handle the pressure. The speed is about 100 kB/s. Anyone ?

Yes, the PS3 will accept any Bluetooth headset. I assume the leader's orders will be displayed on-screen as text or simply spoken through the game.
