Maintenance Splash still on front page

Is anyone else still getting redirected to the maintenance splash page when they try to go to the front page? Obviously I can get to the forums and everything else, but the moment I try to go to the front page, I get redirected.

Clear your cache. That should fix it. I don't know why, but the redirect for maintenance sticks in your cache well after maintenance is over.

i was getting it for whole day yesterday altroguh going directly to forums link and then moving around in anywhere but main site worked fine. today it seems to been fixed.
