I have two games I really love, that have made me cry manly tears.
I shed a tear or two for Tears to Tiara (part visual novel, part real time battles) during the reveal of Arawn's origin.
And the horror game Saya no Uta, or Song of Saya/Saya's Song, (also a visual novel) when I got the White End.

When he meets Primula in the field of flowers. Gods DAMN that scene built up an illusion of a happy end, and then smashed it to pieces and laughed at your tears.

The Good ending to Another Code/Trace memory always chockes me up. It's done so damn well. I can watch it multiple times, and each time it would probaby get better and better. If I was a little weaker I would be flooding the room with tears. In fact, I think that the occasional tear escapes when I watch the ending.
