Mark Hamill Never Thought He'd Play The Joker Again

You know what else Mark Hamill does? Some voices in the animated show Metalocalypse. Which is possibly the best show ever. But for metalheads only lol. That's the weird part. The show is basically just to pay homage to Heavy Metal, especially Death and Black Metal. So Mark Hamill is obviously awesome.

I wouldn't say he's over rated, he is a good voice actor. Not the best, but is worthy of mention when you bring up good VAs.

Why? Simply because ANYONE can do the voice of Solid Snake. To be fair, Hayter's voice acting focuses more on believable projection rather than a large vocal range, but that still doesn't distract from the fact that there are probably hundreds of unknown voice actors who could have performed the role just as well as he did.

And did I mention that he has fucking stupid hair?

I tip my hat to you sir, that is a very good reason for what you think.

I loved the cast in that game, especially Jason Bernard as Eisen. He, Blair, and maniac seemed like the only ones really into their parts.

Well Mark Hamill is one of the best Jokers I've ever seen. His maniacal laughter is one of the first things I think of when I think of the Joker.

And whoever looks down on voice actors doesn't know shit. Voice acting takes considerable talent, I've heard of some very credible actors who can't voice act worth shit.

I liked the animated Batman series, even not knowing who voiced the Joker and I liked that a bit of nostalgia was brought with the voices of the Joker and Batman. I have never seen any of the Batman animated series, so for me Hamill's Joker in BAA was a new one -- and I'm absolutely convinced this is the best Joker ever.
Jack Nicholson was fun to see, Heath Ledger was absolutely great, but Hamill is the Joker.

I didn't watch the Batman Animated Series (which is probably a BIG mistake now), but Hamill was the Hobgoblin in Spider-Man's 90s cartoon. That was pretty cool. Oh, and until people said it was David Hayter, I thought the guy was Winger...dude...I think I'm gonna vomit now.

Hamill's Joker from Batman: The Animated Series was the version I grew up with. I watched that show every morning before school, and every night before bed. To me Mark Hamill is the Joker, 'nuff said. Heck, he's more Joker to me than he is Luke Skywalker, and this is coming from a huge Star Wars fan. It's great to have him back in the purple suit.

If they ever do a live action adaptation of The Dark Knight Returns, I'd love to see him take the role.

I always found it odd he never got more on-screen roles. I mean, after starring in such a massive hit your next film could only ever be a 'step down', but still.

If he's happy with what he's doing that's cool though - he is great as the Joker.

Much as I love Cesar Romero's portrayal, Mark Hamill's laugh IS the Joker now.
