Apparently, Marvel has ceased letting Sega make their games. As stated in the article below, "The comic giant will not be making any future games with Sega"
This comes as a relief. As someone who's played them, Sega's track record with superhero games has been pretty shitty. But one question still remains. Who should make their games(and potentionaly the Avengers game) from now on.
One developer came to my mind. Super Punc. Infamous is a blast, and can only imagine what they would do with Ironman or the Hulk.

This shouldn't come as a surprise, but Marvel has made it official. The comic giant will not be making any future games with Sega.
Given the fact that Sega's Marvel games -- Iron Man, Iron Man 2, The Incredible Hulk, Captain America: Super Soldier, and Thor: God of Thunder -- received poor reviews and did not sell well, this news should be expected.
When asked by Hollywood Reporter about the company's partnership with Sega, Marvel's VP of games production said, "There are no current plans for additional Marvel games to be published by Sega."
