Mashable Awards Closing Soon - Help Support The Escapist

There is only a week left to cast your votes for The Escapist as the "Best Online Magazine" in Mashable's Open Web Awards. We can't do it without your support!

We are asking everyone with a Facebook and Twitter account to vote for us on a daily basis and help us take down the other 4 online magazines.

In order to post your vote, you must have a Twitter or a Facebook account. You can cast your nomination once a day, every day until this coming Sunday, December 13th, at which time the votes will be tallied. The winners will be announced on December 15th.

I have to admit this is a hard choice for me, theres another nominee i really love.
But Escapist really deserves it.

Am I the only one who's a bit uncomfortable with the number of things these days asking me to log in with my Twitter or Facebook details and allow it access to my account?
