So at the end of Mass Effect 2, I made the stupid, stupid choice to not blow up the Collector base. Now I've read this: http://www.videogamer.com/xbox360/mass_effect_3/news/mass_effect_3_a_lot_more_punishing_than_mass_effect_2.html

Note one of the enemy types is "Cerberus Trooper". Now I think I should start another game (I never played the 1st) and make the proper choice. What are your thoughts?

I'd say not blowing up the base is by far the smarter choice, even though I caved to peer pressure and did it anyway. I mean, giving it to Cerberus isn't exactly smart either, but destroying it is just a waste. I thought the game was really in need of a third, sane option (give it to the government who's name I forgot or just take it for yourself).
I'm not really surprised that Cerberus will be sending Troopers at you in the third game. They were always a shady organization.

But if you're not happy about the choice you made, I wouldn't replay the whole game just for that (unless you want to of course). If it's just the ending you don't like, why not replay from one of your last saves? Or else, if you're on PC at least, you can probably download someone else's savegame.

I really like the sound of that article by the way. Tactical combat and intelligent enemies? Yes please!

I'm sure they'll have it playable, even if you let cerburus keep it, you don't know what happens yet

I blew it up, I know for a fact that If I was to give the Illusive Man and we survive the Reaper attack he would go tyrannical dictator on are asses. I will be damned if that happens.
