iv heard that quebec is to canada what wales is to britain.

Im always wondering how true it is.
Quebec's population have a reputation for major assholerey. At least the french portion do. They're constantly pushing for French language rights because they're a threatened minority culture, completely ignoring the First Nations which are completely marginalized up here. Further, Quebec has a series of preposterous language laws designed to isolate anyone who only speaks English in the province. Namely, the stuff Waaghpowa already mentioned. They also have the Bloq Quebecois, a provincial and federal political party which is continually trying to get elected on a platform that consists entirely of "Quebec should totally separate from Canada," except they want so many economic benefits from the Canadian government once separate because Quebec cannot support itself as a country.

Also, everyone west of, say, Manitoba would not hesitate to kick the crap out of the province. Because we hate them.

So, if Wales is hated by Britain for being obnoxious and entitled, then it's perfectly true.

I bet the mayor's gift to his ex-wife really bould'er over.

Say the guy who most likely live on a territory that was stolen from the Métis after the Manitoba act, and who population of Quebec was the only one with a majority against it, also the First Nation marginalization oddly only started in Canada after the Loyalist arrived from the US. Which I admit it mostly due to France putting low priority on colonization, so we never had great conflict with the First Nation before the conquest, other then with the Iroquois, who were enemy of the Algonquin and ally with the British.

Has for the Bloc, it is mostly gone now and we still vote differently then rest of Canada, by massively voting for the NDP, cause most don't like the Conservative ideal and people feel we were backstabbed by the Liberal way too often.

Has for English community been isolated, that a funny one, you do know that language law doesn't affect first language English speaker in any other way then public sign, their school still get the same governmental subvention then any French school.

After for economic right, we can ask for them for can can easily sell our electrical surplus to the US instead and because we control the Saint Laurence river, which is the most important inland naval road in the world. Also since Quebec is not connected to Alberta petrol network, so we not relying on it. Also Quebec economic source might be has good has the plain but they are much more reliable, for it mostly based around hydroelectricity, while plain is on petrol, which when out, you economy will greatly suffer, so try to appreciate your economic boom.

Not really for the separation here but this square head annoy me, so sorry to anyone else.

EDIT: Had used the wrong term for those loyal the British crown during the U.S. independence war, corrected to the appropriate term of Loyalist.

Well he's certainly a bit boulder than other mayors.
*Facewall* Though I did laugh, so I have no room to talk.

Seriously though, that must've been one hell of a bitter divorce. Whatever the case I think it's safe to say he didn't take it very well.

What would you charge him with? Giving an unwanted gift isn't exactly illegal...
Lawns and gardens don't take very well to heavily loaded lorries and tons of rock, so that's destroying property/vandalism. In addition you could add it to the list of things that prove stalking. I mean, if that rock-for-brains myaor is retarded enough for this, he's probably done other questionable things to her, and will be doing in the future.
Actually his ex-wife supposedly was making night call at his house and making complain against his excavation company, if that true, I think it more the ex-wife who is bitter and he just got sick of the bitterness.

Also the rock was dropped in the alleyway, not the lawn.

Ok, running over a person who's care was illegally parked with a tank was cool because it was breaking the law and would of been towed anyway. Dumping a huge rock that most of done bad damage to her lawn after all she did was legally divorce him... isn't.

Actually it is cool if you consider she supposedly was making night call at his house has to awake him and his new girlfriend and that she was making complain against his excavation company.

And the rock was on the alleyway not the lawn.

Shortly thereafter, his ex-wife dropped off an uncommonly large rooster at the mayor's home, commenting "He always wanted a bigger cock.". Witnesses responded with "BURN!".

I wonder if he put it close enough to the curb, within the distance a fire hydrant is to the road would be placed if he could say it was on government property and not move it.
