Mega Shark + Crocosaurus + Urkel + Voyager's Doctor = Real Movie

In the most recent addition to the Mega Shark films, everyone's favorite toothy behemoth returns to the screen with Urkel, Voyager's Doctor, and Crocosaurus in tow.

Asylum Studios just released the trailer for Mega Shark Versus Crocosaurus, a straight-to-DVD feature that will itself be released within the month. The film stars Urkel himself, Jaleel White, Robert Picardo (Star Trek: Voyager), and Gary Stretch (The King Maker), alongside the formidable Mega Shark and Crocosaurus. The trailer promises many shiny explosions and much inane dialogue, but Crocosaurus belly-flopping on a museum is a definite high point.

It seems soon for another direct-to-DVD Mega Shark film, as the last Mega Shark film came out in 2009. That film, Mega Shark Versus Giant Octopus, was a massive hit on the SyFy channel, though, and as Stretch philosophically reminds us in this newest trailer, "these things were designed to survive."

The film comes out on December 21, which happens to be my birthday. I think it's pretty obvious what I'd like. Widescreen version, please.

Probably going to be purely awful, but I do have an autographed photo of Robert Picardo as the Doctor on my wall :p

I actually watched "Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus". Laughed my ass off.
Me too. it was so fucking terrible, especially the romance between that woman and the asian guy, it was cringe worthy.

I kind of want to see the first movie now. If it's as hilariously stupid as this trailer, then it'll be worth it.

That looks hilariously awful. I like how the shark's fin alone is now apparently 100 feet tall.

All you really need to see is this.

Yes, a shark just ate that plane. Nowhere is safe.

If you thought I would click on this article because the titled confused me, congratulations, you've won this round.

Wait a second, Ayslum Studios...I know that name...

Oh...oh god...

Now I know I don't want to see this movie. Transmorphers was worse than Transformers.

YES! More Megalodon! And it's not dead! Whooohooo! And another giant monster from when giant monsters apparently ruled the earth and sea! This post is so emphatic!

Oh for fucks sake why? It's not like this is any better of an idea that Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus, which need I remind you was a horrible idea. Not to mention it is completely impossible for anything even in the dinosaur era to get that large.

I beg to differ, Elizabeth. Everyone's favorite toothy behemoth is NOT Mega Shark.

It's JABBERJAW!
