Although short for a "good intro," I gotta say Explosive by Bond has one of those intros that the moment you hear it, you think, "Oh man! I love this song!"

Also, mentioning video game music may be slightly nerdy, but I have to give a shout out to "The Extreme"s intro, particularly the Black Mages' slight remix.
