One of my favorites by them is the theme for the good Dr.Wily of MegaMan

Here's The Zelda Theme. Not entirely metal, but still cool. It's usually credited to System of a Down, but It's by a band called Rabbit Joint.

Wow, that has a really different feel to the original.
Probably a good idea because they'd never match the original. It was pretty good for what it was, though it being a "cover" is a little redundant I think.

I know you're not supposed to quote someone and just write 'This', but pretty much this. Metroid Metal is genius because it keeps the atmosphere of the game's music (even the 8bit stuff) whilst drastically reinterpreting it into a completely different style.

No kidding, I didn't know that was a cover. It's a sick one too. When Machinae Supremacy does instrumental stuff it's pretty badass.
