My title at the moment means I must approve of the music used in the "blocks falling" minigame.
I'm about a hair's breadth away from finally beating the extra stage on EoSD :3. That theme still sends shivers down my spine...noooo! no more ripples!!! Why can't you just get out the house! Why did we give you a stick of death!?

This being the first time I've taken a look at Little Big Planet 2, for a second there I thought they had actually made an Operating System as the title implies. Rather though they just made a software program that mimics windows, which while really cool isn't nearly as impressive. There's little actual use for what's seen here but it will give builders a great deal of flexibility to add to their games, like a legit JRPG battle system for the FFVII one.

That`s just amazing. I wonder what else they'll be able to do with it. I specifically hope they get something similar to a internet replica on it working and we can have The escapist LBP edition!

Definitely getting this for my PS3 as soon as it comes out. It's good to know talented users with creative capacity have the ability to make levels like this with the new features.

It's cool, but I've seen better OS games.

So that's how Microsoft plans to "Push into PC gaming" with Windows 8!
That's what I was thinking before I read it.

Man, I need to get my PS3 working again. This alone has made me want to get back into creating levels in LBP. None of my were any good, but it was just so much fun!

This makes me wander just how complex the editing tools in LBP 2 are compared to the fairly simple ones from the first game.

Hopefully they (the developers) won't sacrifice ease of use for huge levels of complexity.
The new/upgraded tools are a ton easier to use than in LBP1, but there's just so damn many that I think a lot of people with struggle to adapt.

They pretty much give you a very basic programming language. It's very limited but judging from some more recent creations people are starting to find workarounds, I have no idea how they made a fake OS like that.

But can you get random BSODs? I mean, that's half the Windows experience. Just getting it for deleting system32 doesn't count.

Hmm, it seems that LBP2 will be the ultimate procrastination tool. I still fail to really see the point in this stuff, aside from a few small laughs, but it's impressive nonetheless.
