Shigeru Miyamoto follows some sort of logic known only to himself.

But I kind of love it. He's like everybody's crazy uncle whose particular brand of insanity is tinged with genius.

He's more the crazy uncle we all secretly, somewhere deep down, kind of want to be--an uncle that could buy countries, but runs a game company so that he can put out his own ideas. Kind of like if Mr Magorium went into Corporate.

Mario 64 with multiplayer? I would've exploded from too much awesome in my early days.

i know right? thats what i was thinking. i am kinda hoping they re-realese it now and include multiplayer for three reasons:
1) To see how it plays out in that game
2) To have a reason to play one of my favorite games of all time
3) So younger kids today know what a GOOD mario game is. i almost feel bad for them
