wow...this is a real surprise...people play monster hunter?
Are you kidding? In Japan people absolutely freak out for that game. Wii sales tripled in Japan when Monster Hunter 3 came out. The PSP version was also hugely successful, becoming the first psp game in Japan to sell over 1 million units and surpassing 3.5 million units overall.

I don't know, if I found out that a company started, say, cutting the hands off of cheaters then I would start playing.
How did we go from cheating to dominatrix practices to Islam?
Nothing inherently Islamic about a fitting punishment. It is an equally appreciated punishment if it fits. XD

Do they really have to say "modded data"...some mods are good! Why not just be blunt and say "you tool, you cheated"?
Calling your customers "fucking cheating toolbags" is bad for business.
Unless you're a dominatrix, I guess.
I doubt their going to get any more business from that guy anyways haha

I thought this was going to be like, "your banned for a day". But it does seam a little harsh to put a ban on someone for longer than the life span of a human being.
Some people get sentenced to prison with their sentences being longer than a human lives.
What? seriously? for cheating on games???? thats kinda wierd...

That no banhammer thats THE Banhammer. Born in the angelic and virtous heaven, made of material not known to man it was a gift from the angels themselves at the conception of the internet on Earth. Used only in the most dire needs of overkill.

Where is that uber-awesome picture I've seen twice in two days now? We need to get the Ban Guns in. That is simply epic. The message here is clearer than bloody Aesop: Don't screw with Capcom. They'll screw right back. Well done guys, it proves that companies really can manufacture marketable amounts of win :)

Wow, Monster Hunter must be serious. It doesn't even say what kind of mod he used.

Cutting hands off is a pretty Islamic thing.

Eye for an Eye is the base idea which isn't a sole property of Islam. Yes they have that kind of punishment but so did the Christians back in the day. o_O

Wow; they don't mess around with ban-hammers. They have the "You're grandchildren are gonna feel this" hammer.
more like "Your Great Great Grandchildren will be feeling this fucking them in the ass" Warhammer
If it is 7,990 years from now and assuming that each set of grandchildren lived for 100 years you are looking at something like 78-79 "greats" before the word Grandchildren aren't you?
158 greats (give or take 300 for teen pregnacies) before grand children to be exact because you can assume they can have a kid after 50

Just to back up your statement; I counted the number of MH3 commercials last week during the drama with the, currently, highest number of viewers.
Five times (!)

Capcom striketh you down, Your sins shall carry onto your decendents, Go fucketh thine self!

Capcom's new message to cheaters.
