Most disappointing sequel/prequel for video games?

i'ma start off with my personal ones, and mostly PC games because it's the only platform i own, and proud of it. but will accept a free PS3 anytime

-fable 2 (because its not in PC)
-Gears of war 2 (same as the above)
-Dragon Age 2 (i'm a die hard fan of the DAO)
-PoP : Warrior Within
-DE : Invisible War
-Zelda 2
-FarCry 2
-Star Wars KoTOR 2

It's kinda sad how game devs and publishers make sequels sometimes based on the opportunity to hitch a ride with the first successful title to empty our wallets instead of making games with their hearts.

Oblivion, Fallout 3, New Vegas, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Crysis 2, Battlefield: Bad Company/Bad Company 2, and all of Half Life 2 and its subsequent episodes.
