Most disturbing death in a movie

I've read quite a lot of favourite death scenens in movies and games on these forums (those glorious Dr Stranglove style moments), but havn't found any that specifically deal with those that really disturbed you and got under your skin. They can be those that were so grpahic that you felt unnerved or those that had emotional weight behind them and made your stomach wretch.

For me off the top off my head it would have to be the guy who gets his head swallowed by that slug thing in King Kong (2005) and that poor goon in robocop who falls into the toxic waste then hit by a car resulting in instant liquidification.

P.s. I read a similar thread like this on another site a couple of years back, but they weren't very creative and I thought this kind of thing was perfect for you bunch at the escapist.

How about in Watchmen where a guy gets a cleaver to the head. Or someone has hot greasy thrown on them. These are really only disturbing to me since I can almost feel what is happening to a character.

While they got the grease thing right, in the graphic novel Rorschach handcuffs the guy to a boiler, pours gasoline everywere and burns the guy alive.
Hey! Give him a break. He did throw the guy a hand saw.

Guy in some zombie movie, forget its name, land of the dead maybe, where he gets grabbed by like 30 zombies and they rip him apart and eat him... and you see it, yet he yells out 'Choke on it" to the zombies.

The Punisher movie, with Thomas Jane and John Travolta, did that first, except with a large paper-cutting blade (you know, like back in art class) instead of a cleaver.

OT: Probably anything from the Saw movies, Hostel, or Halloween (like the arrow through the neck? Or bashing the sleeping bagged camper against the tree? Yeeeesh.....)

Anything when someone is burned alive.

But to be specific...uh, maybe when

[spoiler/]The main girl from Midnight Meat Train gets stabbed in the chest and he keeps cutting down her ribs. Simple but the sound of that knife going through bone was really freaky for me[/spoiler]

Well aware, but he asked for movies not in general.

Fun Fact: The scene was changed so people wouldn't think Watchmen was stealing scenes from Saw. Even though Watchmen came first.

Saw II, seeing a guy being burned alive is my most disturbing death
I can handle bones being broken, heads being chopped off, torture scenes and some of the worst deaths in films I was fine by
But burning...*shudder*
