Most epic "Noooo!" scene

Plenty of films have that pivotal moment where the hero is defeated, rather than refute the problem or some up with a wordy speech, they are reduced to one word only... no! What is the most epic "Nooo!" scene that has ever been put on the big screen? My favorite of course:

The one in Toy Story, near the end when they are about to light the rocket, but a breeze blows out the match... Woody goes a bit insane and starts smacking his head against the concrete going 'No, no, no, no!!'

Funnily enough, even though I don't think that this is quite what the OP had in mind, it still sticks in my consciousness as the most visceral 'Nooo!' scene (because really, that's what she's conveying), that I ever saw.
