Music recommendations similar to the Life is Strange soundtrack?

I've been loving the Life is Strange soundtrack over the summer, can't travel without it. I'm loving the sincere acoustic guitar with harmonious melodies. It's nice, soft sincere indie music telling lovely stories. Even if you have no interest in the game I'd recommend listening to the soundtrack on youtube. I'm loving Syd Matters' stuff. But I've played it to death now, so can anybody recommend any similar artists or albums?

Just type in "indie alt acoustic" in youtube and it really should get you started.

Check out Sufjan Stevens if you haven't already. The album Illinois is particularly good. Also Sleeping at Last, they're a pleasant band too.

If you want something more folky check out Musk Ox and Vali.
