My comments got removed and I got banned, can I find out why?

I posted a couple of comments under the most recent ZP video and 10 minutes later I was removed and they were banned*. I struggle to see why the comments were offensive, does anyone know how I can find out why I was banned?

I have attached to comments in a file rather than post them directly on the forum as I don't want to put them directly on the site as they have been removed.
PS. The Escapist has deemed the comments ban worthy so obviously don't click on the attached file if you don't want to see it.

Yeah, probably not going to get an answer here. The forums have very little to do with the Escapist proper. We're mostly just in our own little world here and the staff don't pay us any attention. They just don't have the heart to pull the plug since most of us have been talking on here for over a decade and I think there's also something about search engine optimization.

You could try the contact button for hopefully better results.

As for my guess it would be the start of your second post. I'm betting Nick's got a hair trigger on a controversial topic like this and reminding people of Yahtzee's past transgressions is the sort of thing he would like to clamp down on. I remember what you are talking about, I think it was his Transistor review that he made a transgender joke, was dog piled with hate, and released an edited version of the episode with an apology.

I'm betting Nick's got a hair trigger on a controversial topic like this and reminding people of Yahtzee's past transgressions is the sort of thing he would like to clamp down on. Yeesh, that joke wasn't even really that bad. It's not like he made a horribly rude joke at their expense.
Of course, my idea of "not that bad" isn't a catch all for how everyone else should feel about it

I'm not saying its definitely the reason, but criticising paid content makers on forums run by the people paying them often gets you modded.

I also got banned for commenting at the same video. I didn't even write anything offensive. Now, after a decade of following ZP and being Yahtzee's fan I can't comment any more and apparently there's nothing I can do about it :-/
