Fuck the *****! Now your free to go do whatever you want without wasting your precious time on some loser. You could use that time to pick up a new hobby! Try lifting some weights, being pissed off is the best workout motivation and you can turn it into something positive.

Sorry to hear mate, best advice I can give from experience is to try and cheer up and move on, I know it's easier said that done. I suggest watching comedies and playing games, anything that's uplifting.
