Nathan Fillion Wants to Be Nathan Drake

I'm torn. On the on hand, I againt video game based movies because they usually suck, but on the other hand, Nathan Fillion is pretty awesome.

Although, truth be told, ever since Critical Mass, I can't think of Nathan Fillion without this [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/articles/view/comics/critical-miss/7983-Critical-Miss-26] coming to mind.

No, he looks way too old. And I have to say, the idea of someone other than Nolan voicing Drake is just... wrong. Maybe it's because his voice was perfect for the character.

He's a voice actor. True, he does do the motion sensing acting for the cutscenes as well, but I doubt he can do the requirements of the role in a feature length film.

I fail to see why it's inevitable. Given a good director, good actors, good writers, and general faithfulness to the spirit and story of the game, what's to stop a video game movie from being any good?

OT: When I first saw slips of Drake's Fortune, before even touching the actual game, my thought was that Nathan Fillion is Nathan Drake. Hopefully that thought will become reality.

Also, what's with everyone saying he won't sound like Nolan North? The two sound exactly alike!
