Hey all, just a quick plea for help.
My friend's iPod claims it needs to be restored through iTunes, thus losing everything. He's cool with this so that's not the problem. The problem is that iTunes refuses to recognize it. Windows recognizes it and asks to format it, so I tried it and windows reported back that it could not format it. So, obviously, it needs to go through iTunes. However, iTunes still refuses to recognize it.
Any one have any solutions?
