I own a Star Wars collection.
Moving 3-character set with Obi-Wan Kenobi, Qui-Gonn Jinn versus Darth Maul.
The Millenium Falcon.
Miniature heads with an even tinier interior.
A shampoo bottle of Darth Maul.
An R2D2 clock projector.
A 12 inch tall R2D2 which I don't know much about.
Tie fighter, plus some other spaceship stuff.
Lightsaber.
And loads of figurines.

Oh yea. and all the Star Wars cup toppers offered by Taco bell, KFC, and pizza hut. I had all of them but R2D2. I collected them during a family vacation through the country.

I think it would either be my Captain America shield, my lightsaber or even my original box sets of Star Wars on VHS.
Compare to a nearly complete collection of the Star Trek: CCG (missing about a dozzen cards total. A less nearly complete collection of the Star Wars: CCG from decipher (missing a bunch of dagobah.) A nearly complete collection of the Babylon 5: CCG (missing 23 cards total (ignoring promos). Beyond that massive collections of X-Files (missing 1 non-promo), Star Wars (WotC), Complete collection of Star Trek: TCG (Fleer/Skybox), Magic: The Gathering, Tomb Raider. and I use old but fully functional PCs as shelf space
Furthermore I'm thinking about purchasing a replica of the sword of Omens from Thundercats, if I figure out the shipping restrictions. Damn this import laws!

I don't earn anything too nerdy, I have a custom-built PC, and then Infamous and Ratchet and Clank in special edition. But other than those I can't think of anything.
