I'd wish people would stop requesting that 3D technology not be tethered to the glasses. Face it folks, it doesn't work without them.
Please show me the glasses needed for the 3DS to work. It's been enough to convince a fair few of the people who have seen it in action of the validity of 3D and there isn't a pair of expensive glasses in sight. If it can be done with a tiny handheld screen, I'd wager the only thing stopping that same technology being used in tvs is the fact that Nintendo don't manufacture televisions.

I never thought MK was that good when it first came out. But then, it's only appeal is in its ridiculous "finish him!" moves and I never did have an interest in pointless, morbid gore. Now, morbid gore that has a point, that I can go for.

It certenelly not enough to make me buy anything 3D... And certenelly not for gaming...
I will wait that the technology mature more and made less gimpy... If it happen

To the massive amounts of people who own a 3D tv, having to wear stupid uncomfortable glasses for a side scrolling fighter game. Yeah it sounds; expensive, uncomfortable and pointless I'm very glad 3D games will not come to the Xbox, if anything that's a bonus for 360 gamers who wear glasses like myself

Well, while I still maintain hope that this 'new' 3D will die out like it has continuously in the past - seriously, just stay dead already - I can actually see the depth in a two-dimensional fighting game being an interesting concept.

Not necessarily good interesting of course...

So we'll all be ducking from Sharp hats that we think[/I] are being thrown in our direction.
That would be really awesome to trick your opponent into giving you an opening by throwing something at HIM. Yes it is not real but if you can make him flinch . . .

Well they have been working on it since 1995.

Congrats to the 5 people with 3d TV's who will play this.

I'm starting to think 3D is less about providing a better experience and more about desperate attempts to extend advertising abilities by adding another (fad) feature to the list and the corner of the box art.

YES! i've waited my whole life as a gamer to see such innovation sweep across the face of gaming. In years to come, gamers will look back at this time and say "this is where gaming became truly great." All the masses of people who have made the wise descision to purchase this amazingly cheap, revoloutionary technology will have such a greatly enhanced experience.
my freinds this is the point where gaming will change... FOOOOORRRREEEEVVVVEEERRR!!!.

Overused tech is overused.

Enough with the 3D already.
Exactly that on the matter.

Offtopic: Didn`t the Avatar game have 3d for the 360 ? If I remember correctly it did.

these days you know a franchise is trying hard to get attention when they mention 3d as a primary feature
