Back on topic-I'm surprised to see females buying the psp over a ds with all those gender-neutral games like zelda,mario,metriod,pokemon etc...

I wouldn't consider "users who play at least one hour a week" to be "active gamers". If you spent a few minutes a day on flash games you'd make that total.

I know that women play video games and have handhelds. But apparently I don't live in a place where this is true, then again I'm a freshman in high school and most girls I see are very stereotypical high school types.

These statistics are weird to me... I'm not one to say that gaming isn't for girls, but I know two girls who are gamers, and there's me and at least seven friends who are male gamers...
