Nintendo Remaking Pokemon Gold/Silver?

Does he seriously? I don't think anybody who has played pokemon has ever not entertained the thought of the "all eevee" team, I know I have.

BTW, is eevee, or an evolution, one of your favourites, or something?

Yeah. I love all the Eevee evolutions. But they don't get more awesome than Jolteon. I have had Jolteon on every single one of my main teams since I first played Blue back in the day.

Jolteon was one of the best pokemon because he was one of the few that learnt a bug type move and so kicked Mewtwos ass up and down the playground.

Gold/Silver was by far the best. 2 world maps, enough pokemon so it was a realistic challenge to catch them all (which I did, except Celebi) and I have fond memories of my first girlfriend and I swapping pokemon around. Happy times.

Honestly if they remake Gold and Silver I'd be so excited. I mean when they first came out the games were already using a phone system, multiple backpack storages, maps, radios, and even a hyroglyphics translator. Those would be perfect on the second screen of the DS.

I love Jolteon, but with Gold/Silver I would go for Espeon myself.

I loved Gold and Silver so I'm excited over this.

I think most fans of the series did.
It had just the right amount of pokemon, a day/night cycle, sex (poke' eggs) and some other cool features.

I'll probably play it on my Mom's DS.

FirRed and LeafGreen (sp) on the GBA actually. They were quite faithful to the classics

This sounds fun, I just hope they play a little faster then Pearl and Diamond. I think I will also be purchasing a DS when these games come out.

Gold and Silver was the first series of Pokémon games (besides the first ones of course) That had pokémon that made some actual sense in the world they're part of.

although saying that, I'm not sure I'd bother to buy them all over again unless they came jam-packed with extra goodies.

Which it won't because the fans will complain if they add things and "distract from the what the original was like."

It was originaly Red and Green in Japan (as green is the opposite of red), but they changed it to Red and Blue in america 'cause i guess they thought americans thught blue was the opposite of red.

But anyways yeah, fire red and leaf green for GBA.
