How Nintendo Can Win Over Halo Audience:

Release Halo on the Wii.
With the option to use Mario instead of Master Chief.
Mario would make Halo fans run away in fear that their beloved developer, Bungie, sold their souls to the Nintendo Devil. Then they will continue playing games on their 360.
With the option to use Mario.
Is there an option that the game would have the Nintendo tag on the box cover? No because it would be there as long as Mario is in a game, whether you play as Mario is an option or not.
Last time I saw Legend of Zelda doesn't have Mario and has the Nintendo brand on it...
Last time I knew, I said Nintendo was on every Mario game, not Nintendo games are all Mario games. I never said Nintendo isn't on other games, I just know it's not on any Halo.

I think they already have, most kids who have halo are like 6.
This Halo fan was playing Test Drive in glorious monochrome on his IBM XT before you were born, so get the hell off my lawn.

So?
Bungie could pay royalties to Nintendo to put it in the game, it probably would sell more than just normal Master Chief.

Brilliant! It's just a simple matter of purchasing one of the most lucrative franchises in existence from the savvy psuedo-monopolists at Microsoft.

Well, this Halo fan has a Wii in his living room and uses it more than any other family member so they don't need to spare any effort on converting me. They just need to release some more good games that I want to play.

In all honesty, I think that if Nintendo say they can do it, they probably can. Here's hoping they succeed, hasn't everyone been complaining about them not releasing any 'hardcore' games?

They could but will never. Bungie isn't all about money, that's why Halo is their only current franchise, not mass producing them (like guitar hero) and Halo is exclusive to xbox. None of their actions say "We're Bungie, we're here for you money, not satisfying any customer needs."
They also have one of the best websites that's meant to keep the fans informed and satisfied without having to pay anything.

I'm just going to be somewhat more optimistic and say they can have some good "hardcore" games on their system. May I suggest remaking Half-Life? If the PS2 could have that much graphical improvement, then you could go even further with the Wii and use the controller for what it's good at: pointing. But don't try to use motion controls for the crowbar; it may sound cool, but you wouldn't be able to turn if you shook the Wii-mote to swing the crowbar.
OMGGGGG better yet.....PORTAL on the WI,it would be awesome.

When Nintendo wants to do that after two straight years of press conferences geared towards a more casual market, with some great third and first party titles announced mind you, there's a credibility problem for me right there.

Exactly the train of thought i was on. You play a first person shooter on the Wii because you liked halo, and thought "Hey, it looks close enough, why the hell not?" and then immediately after completing the game, you say to yourself "That game was pretty good! i think ill go out and immediately purchase a completely unrelated racing game marketed toward twelve year olds with downs, and a virtual yoga mat! Thanks Nintendo!"
