One video game feature you wish you could have in real life?

Pretty simple question, what is one feature from a video game you wish you could have in your every day life?

It could be bullet time, regenerating health, the ability to fast travel, being able to quickly loot things; whatever is in a video game, you can wish to have it.

Personally I'd want MMO vendors; that way I can sell anything I don't want for a tidy amount of money and I can buy magical healing items that cure gunshot or stab wounds.

I imagine it'd be really weird for your mum when you come out walking and talking.

OT- Fast travelling. My family lives all over the country and I hate travelling.

Yes yes yes. Combine it with self customization that's as easy as Mass Effect's and Fallout's face morph systems (as opposed to the pains and cost of modern plastic surgery) and we're good.

This does bring up some problems. Namely that VG characters don't age (or there aren't any bad side effects). Unless you're killed by unnatural causes or accidents, you're going to be born a 80 something year old person with terrible health and most likely not a ton of money.

The only way this works is if you are better off than before.

A save game system... It'd make it easier to learn from you failures when your not trapped in the fallout from said failure.

I was going to say that if I died or fucked something up I could go back to my last save/checkpoint but life would get really repetitive.

I don't know, a flying chocobo would be nice.

The save/ reload option with more than one slot. If my day went wrong or want to do it differently than I just reload the last save file which was in the morning.

Does Cole from Infamous's power count? If so I would want that badly!

On the flip side I would like the power to summon Persona like in Persona 4. Everyone would hate to face mine!

Still lightning powers sound like the best for me.

Checkpoints, I've lost count of the number or times I've messed up and fucked things up for myself and realized that if I had just not done one thing (like put a laptop lock into my Kensington port before I was sure it worked for instance) I wouldn't have a problem.

Ohhh I don't know man... Are you thinking gunshot to the face Persona 3 summoning or facing your own Shadow under pain of death Persona 4 summoning? Nobody gets to start crushing cards until you go through each and every one of your personal problems and nearly die first.

Them's the breaks.

OT: Save and load would be too generic... Third person mode. Never get snuck up on ever again.

Or some crazy fighting game shenanigans

"How did you do that crazy laser beam thing?!"

"Quarter circle forward + double buttons. 'S pretty easy really, it's the Shoryuken motion you have to watch out for though."

The ability to pause (time) and be able to make the best decision in a split second in those scenarios where there is no time.

A dialogue wheel or something like that. I would like it so I know what my options are. I'm thinking of Mass Effect or Alpha Protocol.

Regenerating health would make things more interesting, but it doesn't seem like it would be useful unless you're joining the Marines or something.
