Own Borderlands on Steam, Get Duke Nukem Demo

Considering right now the basic release of Borderlands is just $20, I don't see the big deal. I have been wanting to try Borderlands so this gives me one more excuse to get the game. Huzzah!

Is this offer still open? As in if you buy it now you will get early access to the demo? Or was it for people who bought borderlands before this.
Sucks to be me, my craptastic graphics card couldn't handle either of those games if I bribed it with a cookie and a $1000 dollar processor... theoretically, because I don't have that kind of money to spend anyway. If only I didn't have a crappy out-of-the-box desktop that I only have because my step-mom was concerned about me having a computer for my increasingly technological classes, and had a custom-built gaming computer instead. Here's hoping I'll still be able to buy Duke on the PS3 when it hits.
