This is month old news, but I haven't seen anything discussing the events, so I figure. Ozzy Osbourne sued Tony Iommi over the name of Black Sabbath (http://www.ozzy.com/news/ozzy-speaks-about-black-sabbath-trademark-issue).
Essentially, Ozzy decided he needed 50% of the Black Sabbath trademark. After he was kicked out after 11 years, (comprising of 25% of the band and only writing vocal melodies, not even lyrics), he was owed more than Tony Iommi, who was the only person keeping Sabbath for its 41 years.
What does my biased wording about the puppet of Sharon Osbourne mean to you all?

Well Ozzy and Black Sabbath seem to go hand in hand but why wait this long to sue and for that much seeing as he was so messed up most of the time he forced the band to kick him out.
