PC game releases are getting busy.

So the release scheduled for pc games is getting busy enough you would think its the xmas season.

First we have Carrion which comes out in a couple days, where you play a flesh horror from beyond and chomp on tasty humans in your quest to probably corrupt the world.

Then a week after we have Otherside where you lead your army of daughters against strange horrors from beyond in turn based strategy battles with a really cool art style.

A week or two after that we have Horizon Zero Dawn finally coming to pc and allowing pc players to take on robot horrors from beyond the depths of earth or something.

Then at some point in august we have Serious Sam 4 where you take on tens of thousands of horrors from beyond the stars.

And we have another game that was originally scheduled for august but moving into an early September release where you fight more robots from beyond that also might be your ex allies in Star Renegade.

And those are just the bigger ones with more defined release dates. Its always possible something without a defined date will suddenly release and annoy my wallet such as.

Although with Rift Breaker, the devs have been really communicative with the playerbase so I would be really shocked if its release was sudden.

Did you actually type it that way or did autocorrect do that? I have mixed results with random words, but the worst is when the board wants to capitalize a letter just because I move the cursor to a different space within a sentence, like to insert a different or extra word. Yet it wont capitalize a letter when I move it to a new line to start a new paragraph. It’s an odd bug.

I played the demo for Carrion and it was pretty fun. The reviews so far say it holds up pretty well for it's 6 hour run time, which sounds about right for a game like this.

I played the demo for Carrion and it was pretty fun. The reviews so far say it holds up pretty well for it's 6 hour run time, which sounds about right for a game like this.

I don't know about Silksong but I think Spiritfarer entered beta awhile back so it could come out at any time, can't wait for that game to leave me an emotional wreck.

The demo for spirirfarer did a pretty good job of showing the basic mechanics, which seem solid. I hope the plot or characters manage to make it feel meaningful(Kinda like how Stardew valley is more than just farming and fishing).

Silksong is likely a day one purchase, if it's anywhere near the quality of Hollow Knight.

I avoided the demo for Spirit Farer after the steam demo day last xmas since I decided I wanted to go into it as blind as possible, like I somehow managed to do with Undertale.

Wish I had gaming precognition, because playing Horizon with a controller wasn't a great experience (most of the combat requiring aiming quickly) but I have no desire to replay it now. I don't think I even discovered the DLC content in my complete edition.
