Persona 5 on PS3: Controls?

Anyone here played some Persona 3 on the PS3? I'm thinking of doing some long-term saving and birthday present strategizing to one day get a PS3 and Persona 5.

But, I have crippled hands, and because of the damage I can't do anything with motion controls or rumble features.

So, my question is, to anyone in the know:

[HEADING=3] Does Persona 5 on the Playstation 3 have any motion controls or rumble features? [/HEADING]

And if so, can you turn them off, ignore them, or otherwise play the game completely without them?

I am pretty sure it does have rumble features, but I honestly couldn't tell you if you can turn that off or not. Most games do have that option somewhere in the menu's though.

No motion at all, this is a pretty standard Jrpg/sim game. There's a bit of vibration but literally all of the action happens after your input has ended, be it either during cutscenes or after you issued your commands so you can literally put the controller down during that time if it bothers you lol.

I actually can't hold up a controller at all. I use controller holders made out of legos, and rest my hands on bean bags and a keyboard cushion thingy.

That's why rumble is a problem: if the controller doesn't stay still, it won't stay in the holder! Or in my hands. (Also, the sound of a controller vibrating against plastic legos is surprisingly loud and obnoxious.)

It's good to know there's no motion controls, though. (Thanks!) Can the vibration be turned off? If not, does anyone know if it can in the other version on the PS4?

I just bought the game on PS4 today and can confirm that you can turn vibration off. I can't imagine the option is missing on PS3!

If you have a little luck, you might find a used sixaxis controller(the original ps3 controller). It does not feature rumble at all, so rumble features in any ps3 game won't affect it. It is pretty light though and i don't know if this is a pro or a con in your case.

Thanks! That's all really helpful to know. Thanks, you guys.

The weight of the controller shouldn't really matter, but it's regardless good to know I could find a controller that *can't* rumble.

(Just to be extra paranoid, if anyone out there does have the PS3 version and can confirm rumble is optional there too, that would be helpful. I agree with ScrabbitRabbit that it's EXTREMELY unlikely one version and not the other has the option, but, I've had surer gambles fail to pay off.)
