"Personify" the Deadly Seven

I had two dreams this morning, and like most dreams, they're now half forgotten. The first was about Flashforward [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FlashForward_(TV_series)], and how crazy awesome it would be if that actually happened (unless your loved ones died, of course). I was in a crazy car accident, Joseph Fiennes and Sulu show up, some badass shit goes down, other craziness. You shoulda been there.

The second was shorter but far more intense. And horrifying. All I remember are the last few moments of it: It's night. A middle aged asian gangster-type in a lit construction site is dragging along (as in grabbing one's wrist and pulling them to follow) a set of attractive, asian twins in skimpy dresses, presumably back to his boss/their pimp or to kill them at this site. After the twins plead (more defiantly than fearfully) with the yakuza/triad dude to let them go, they give him an ultimatum. At this point, you probably have an idea of where this dream is going... You really, really don't.

One of the women's eyes start to glow sinisterly as she says something like, "Leave us or suffer the consequences." The yakuza/triad suddenly lets the women go and nervously asks "What consequences?" Cut to the same woman whose head quickly morphs into what could be best described as a fucking bowling ball sized langolier [http://www.affordablehousinginstitute.org/blogs/us/langoliers_2_small.jpg]. Like any sane man, dude starts to bolt out there probably faster than he's ever ran in his life, but of course, it's not long before he feels a good chunk of his abdomen being bitten into by IT, which has detached from the body. He manages to pull IT off him, however, IT then just starts chomping on his hands. Two more show up and take him down by ripping into his shoulder and legs. Finally, a fourth flies in and goes to town on his stomach. The final moment of the dream is a POV shot of the guy staring at one of his bloody, deformed hands, while hearing flesh and bone being manically chewed on.

Then I wake up. Among my first thoughts is the fact that if I didn't have fucked up dreams so frequently, I probably would have woken up screaming. Following that, I thought it would be interesting if this creature-demon-thing was a sort of manifestation of Gluttony, considering how it immediately brought to my mind similarities to Langoliers, and all the awesomeness they entail.

Subsequently, I thought it would be an interesting topic to ask what your manifestation of one or all of the Seven Deadly Sins would be, or maybe your favorite manifestation of them in a fictional work (a la FMA).

And for those of you wondering what I ate before going to bed, I had cold cereal. Cheerios, specifically.

I really like the images done by blackeri on DeviantArt, especially considering her use of symbolism.

Who do you think the guy in the other car was?

I am the personification of Envy. Although I like Greed from FMA.

Dammit... why do other countries always get things first... well, good things, anyway...
