Leonardo da Vinci (Assassins Creed II) - I don't think he would have a good poker face. He gets excited easily.
Sonja (Advance Wars 2) - She has terrible luck.
Grunt #327 (Halo: Reach) - He'd freak out and go all in randomly.
Arch-Vile (Doom 2) - I think he'd be the type to keep buying back in, no matter how many times he loses.

My last 4 games have some real poker hustling potential.

Isaac (Golden Sun) - Maybe would have some luck what with all those games he played in Tolbi.

Travis Touchdown (No More Heroes) - He would probably continually lose and then step out to kill something. Or get pissed and kill whoever just beat him.

Frank Fontaine (Bioshock) - Assuming he didn't cheat he'd probably be winning because he'd be too good and calling anyone's bluff.

Rick Taylor/Terror Mask (Splatterhouse Remake) - Rick would probably be doing horribly as the Terror Mask would be distracting him and continually egging him on to kill everyone.

It'd be an interesting night, if nothing else.

One of the many little goo blobs (World of Goo) - Ok, I'll admit, this choice was easy, there aren't many other choices I could have made.
Yes Man (Fallout: New Vegas) - He'd have to help me "Yes man, what are your cards!"
Alyx (Half-Life 2) - This needs no explanation.
