Besides "Cannot be obtained legally", what "good" reasons/intentions are there?
Here's another one.
What about companies that take tyranical-like views on how many times a game can be installed? For instance, if I buy a game, I shouldn't be limited to installing it 3-5 times. If I physically bought the game, at full price, I feel I have the right to get a pirated version as its more or less a backup copy for the game, which, by the way here in the U.S. is perfectly legal as long as you don't redistribute the copies you make.
I don't support piracy unless in certain instances, but my point is that there are occasionally legit reasons.
