I have been awaiting Fallout 3 for months now. At first I didn't care mainly upon feeling VATS would make it a turn based RPG, but upon seeing how VATS works I am releaved and excited (teddy bear cannon anybody?). I absolutly adored Oblivion and I hope Fallout 3 has a much content.

What are your Opinions and What would you Die to see in Fallout 3?

Well, I'll probably get anyway...well, if the ratings are good >.> As for what I'd like to see? Hmm, so far, all the super mutants and ghouls have been played as antagonists, which, I hope is not entirely the case as there have been some Super Mutants (Marcus) who after all that Master trouble just wanted to be left alone. And as for the ghouls, except for some of the crazies, the ghouls have actually been one of the more peaceful peoples in the series. Although, you do still have to fight a few of them hehe ^^'

Also, for no reason at all: http://fallout.bethsoft.com/eng/vault/pennyarcade-1.html

The link is to an official site that has a mini-comic based in the Fallout universe. It's done by the same people that do Penny Arcade, I've found it pretty good :D

I just want an improved sense of attachment to my character. In Oblivion it didn't feel as though I saved the Empire as much as my player model did as I watched and gave helpful advice.

I don't think it will let us down. Get it for PC. If something isn't up to snuff, in a month, the modding community will have a fix :)

I hope my PC can run the thing, I remember how good the changes on Oblivion were.
It's the same engine as Oblivion, so I assume if your PC can handle Oblivion, you can play Fallout 3.

Honestly, people need to have a little faith in a company who make games for a living. I'm sure people will nitpick at it for not being exactly like the old Fallouts but, it will most likely sell gazillions and Bethesda won't give two shits.

If Fallout 3 sucks I am going to smash my 360 and use a jagged piece to open a vein or 2. Alone in the Dark was painful enough. I can't go through that again in the same year.

Sounds like a smart move there Squid5580, infact, I'm pretty sure you can safely assume Fallout 3 will be bad enough for you to go ahead and smash that 360, then cut yourself before it even hits the shelves! Just turn out the light, sit there Alone in the Dark, close your eyes so that you're really Alone in the Dark and then think of Alone in the Dark, while you sit Alone in the Dark. Alone in the Dark.

Me? I'll probably like the sound of it, (Fallout 3 that is silly!) go to buy it, put my credit card details into Play.com then open a new window to watch Yahtzee's review, decide it's a steaming pile of something, as per Yahtzee's decree and that it's not worth my money or time.

The End

Fallout series ended with Fallout 2. Fallout 3 = Oblivion 2.

To late already a let down. Also they finally confirmed they are going to release a SDK for it? If so THANK GOD! So modders can fix the game.

Wait I should have faith in Beth? After Oblivion? and what they have said they are already doing with Fallout 3? I think not.

Small things don't matter, its the big things they have been removing thats the problem.

If anyone can tell me what large parts of the game that have been removed I could probably decide whether or not I'll like the game. Either way I still don't think Bethesda will turn it into some sort of shitfest that?s totally unplayable.
