Hello everyone, my name is Shane aka GamesBrained. I have been reading and watching The Escapist content for a long time (basically since I discovered episode 4 of ZP). Don't know why it took me so long to join up onto the forums.
Anyway,
I don't know how I missed development on this game for so long! As the title suggests, there is a remake of Pokemon Gold and Silver for the PC (playable with keyboard or gamepad) which brings the whole world to life in 3D and allows you to play through the original game in 3rd or 1st person, but with certain upgrades to the experience. This experience is especially magical if you grew up around the Pokemon boom of the first two generations of games (as I had), or if you have just been waiting (like me) for a true 3D (not still overhead controlled camera like in X and Y) Pokemon game.
For your viewing pleasure, I played the game in its entirety (up to the post-Elite 4 Kanto content) and decided to make it my next review for my games show, GamesBrained. I hope that you will enjoy it as well, and for the curious, don't worry the video is not overly long (6 mins) and gets right to the point. I hope its a fun watch for you, and if you enjoy it or have suggestions, please feel free to contact me through here, my channel, or any other means.
