You win! (PErsonally I love both Pokemon). While not an expert I'd say you have a good team. Though as previously said find some more defense against Water Types.

I've had an Arcanine in every pokemon game so far. It's my favourite pokemon.

And yeah, I'm looking into the defense against water thing. I'm replacing my metagross with an electric pokemon, I'm on serebii trying to decide which one.
*EDIT* I've decided, look at the original post please everyone.

If you're getting into SERIOUS online battling, you'll need to make a few changes.
Get rid of Dragonite in favour of a defensive Pokemon on the physical side.
Give Scizor Bullet Punch over Night Slash.

What EVs? What held items? What abilities?

I edited it for you.

It all looks nice. The only thing I don't understand is the EVs stuff. I never understood anything about that, except that you gain more EV point by battling lots of Pokemon to level yours.

Feraligatr- Aqua tail, Earthquake, Ice punch, Swords Dance
Arcanine- Flare blitz, Extremespeed, Thunder fang, Howl - remove this
Scizor- Swords dance, X-scissor, Super power, Bullet punch
Slowking- Calm mind, Psychic, Surf, Rest
Dragonite- Dragon rush, Fire punch, Aerial ace - drop this in favour of Earthquake, Dragon dance
Luxray- Spark, Ice fang, Crunch Return

Feraligatr- Evs: 4 hp, 252 atk, 252 spd. Nature: Naive. Item: Leftovers - I'd say give the Leftovers to something more useful and give this an Expert Belt instead.
Arcanine- Evs: 4 hp, 252 atk, 252 spd. Nature: Adament. Item: Flame plate - really useless, replace with Choice Band.
Scizor- Evs: 252 hp, 112 def, 144 spd. Nature: Impish. If possible get an Adamant Scizor - Impish does you few favours. Item: Leftovers
Slowking- Evs: 148 hp, 128 def, 56 satk, 176 sdef. Nature: Bold. Item: Leftovers
Dragonite- Evs: 4 hp, 252 atk, 252 spd. Nature: Adament. Item: Lum berry
Luxray- Evs: 4 hp, 252 atk, 252 spd. Nature: Adament Item: Expert belt
I'd say get rid of Luxray, because it's another physical attacker (and not a very good one) in favour of a physical Wall, and you could try doing the same with Dragonite (go for Choice Specs Salamence, you'll need something to hit hard on the Special side).
You may also find Arcanine to be a weak link, I would personally drop Arcanine in favour of a definitive Lead Pokemon. As this is an offensive team, you'll probably want something fast that can set up Stealth Rock and then disappear quickly.

I may not have played competitive online in about a year, but I have tried my best.

All fair points, but why get rid of howl? And what would you recommend as a physical wall?
Howl is a poor man's Swords Dance and you'll have a job using it often enough online for it to have an effect. Plus, four attacks is more useful, and a necessity if you choose Choice Band. Recommended is Iron Head.
Looking at that team, perhaps Gliscor to act as an Electric absorber - it also deals with most of Slowking's weaknesses.
Impish / Leftovers / 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Spe / Sand Veil, with Earthquake / Roost / Knock Off / Stone Edge is my recommendation.

Ok, I think I have my final team now, it's not the one displayed at the top. Thanks to everyone for the help.

Feraligatr- Aqua tail, Earthquake, Ice punch, Swords Dance
Arcanine- Flare blitz, Extremespeed, Thunder fang, Howl absolutely get rid of howl. It's not usefull, Arcanine is too fragile to pull it off. Also, you're using choice band, so you'll be stuck doing nothing. Iron Head would solve this, and give you a way to take on rock types
Scizor- Swords dance, X-scissor, Super power, Bullet punch
Slowking- Calm mind, Psychic, Surf, Rest
Dragonite- Dragon rush, Fire punch, Aerial ace, Dragon dance
Luxray- Spark, Ice fang, Crunch Return Ditch luxray. If you really MUST use an electric type, go with a Rotom, because A) It's special, and B) has usefull nature and typing. Luxray is just, well, bad... If you take my life orb sugestion to heart, go with jolteon, and give it wish.

Feraligatr- Evs: 4 hp, 252 atk, 252 spd. Nature: Naive. Item: Expert belt Maybe life Orb will get even better results. Especially with agility+wish passed from Jolteon. Jolteon would also make a way better lead.
Arcanine- Evs: 4 hp, 252 atk, 252 spd. Nature: Adament. Item: Choice band
Scizor- Evs: 252 hp, 112 def, 144 spd. Nature: Adament. Item: Leftovers
Slowking- Evs: 148 hp, 128 def, 56 satk, 176 sdef. Nature: Bold. Item: Leftovers
Dragonite- Evs: 4 hp, 252 atk, 252 spd. Nature: Adament. Item: Lum berry
Luxray- Evs: 4 hp, 252 atk, 252 spd. Nature: Adament Item: Choice scarf
Otherwise, nice team. Better than the usual ubers/ou pokemon set. Give it a spin, then see what works.

Try testing if on Shoddy battle, that's what I usually do when in doubt.

Nah, most smart trainers always set prerequisites before a battle, the most common being 'no Ubers'. You see, pokemon are given tiers and all Legendaries + Wobbuffet are Ubers because their stats/movesets are unfair against every other pokemon.
+ Wobbuffet lol....tbh I have no idea about competitive pokemon, even though I've played/have evergy generation, though have never completed one (as in fully, as in max pokemon, though I'm really close to doing it on sapphire).

I've seen a lot of people use blissey, but that's cause she's one heck of a tank.

For me competitive pokemon is rather troublesome, I mean what do you do if you don't get the excat nature for your team? Especially for those once in-game pokemon.

From a noob's prespective Kingdra would be pretty awesome.

Well, then there's not so much to nag about heh, now the eyesore Luxray has been switched out for Gliscor.
It's just my criticism on the Expert Belt that stands tall, I just don't like it. It only works on Super Effective hits, which might be hard to come by in some battles. Basically you'll have wasted an item. If you must go with something versatile, make it a Life Orb. If you fear the 10% recoil, stick with Expert Belt.

Also, very important, change the order of pokemon. In this team, lead with Arcanine, if it has intimidate. If not, well, get yourself a good lead. Maybe remove Feraligatr and go with lead Crobat. It'll give you a pokemon that can induce status ailments. Also, you can switch to Scizor, because almost everything that can hurt Crobat, Scizo resists.

I never knew what a life orb was before, but now I've looked it up I'll use it. And the pokemon aren't in any order by the way. So arcanine will go first with intimidate.

If you don't get the exact nature you just breed it with a ditto with the nature you want and the egg is likely to be the same nature as the ditto. So I have a box full of a ditto of every nature.
