That drug dealer hax!!! Lols... and he is gonna get off Scott free... that is amazing!!!
The dealer isn't getting off cuz of this, tho he might for other reasons unspoken in the article. Frankly I'm surprised the judge isn't entertaining quashing the warrant. Doesn't seem like those guys are gonna get worse than slaps on the hands. Remind me never to move to Florida.
Alls it will take is a good lawyer and all that evidence will get tossed as invalid. I will remind you to never move to Florida still... BLECK... disgustingly hot... even the water.
Well we are talking a dealer who bought a Wii...maybe he couldnt afford a PS3? Therefore I have to figure he cant afford a good lawyer.(Which if that is the case, it really sucks to be him, to be a small time dealer, yet warrant that much attention from the cops.)
Addendum: Good thing he didnt have the bowling ball accessory...
Addaddendum...dum: If I go in that direction, I'll just keep going to the Caribbean.

they have a stress full job. let them chill out. these guys arent machines
After work, sure. Not on a drug bust. That's insane and unprofessional. If they "can't handle it" they need to find new jobs.
no.

doctors openly mock their patients. its how they cope with all the death at a hostpital

my friends dad is a cop in newark nj. he responded to a call. some chick Overdosed. he walks in, woman siting on couch. the cop looks at her and realizes shes the one who OD. he and his partner sits down next to her watching TV while waiting for the morugetion. point is, they wouldnt have done it unless they werent convinced of their saftey

besides, your not a cop. how would you know what theyre jobs are like?
someones been watching too much scrubs.
i've been in quite a few hospitals, and have never been mocked by a doctor.
Well they're not going to do it to your face. They're not going to walk in and go HAHAHAHAHA! You got herpes you stupid fuck!! AAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

People are complaining because they can't play games while they work. Be quiet you whiners. This is a drug bust so it won't have anything to do with you unless you're a dealer.

I will not say I do not see a problem with this. It shows a lack of disapline and professionalism on behalf of the police.

I do not however believe it should affect the warrent in any way shape or form, unless they took the game with them, OR tried to use information on the Wii to support some kind of criminal charge.

Say for example since it's beyond the scope of their search if they turned on the Wii and found mail showing that he was trying to meet a local 12 year old for sex, they wouldn't be able to use that.

Otherwise I feel it has nothing to do with anything related to the drug charges. The warrent should remain good, the bust should stand, and these guys should get reamed hard core in a disaplinary hearing, maybe even being demoted for being unprofessional depending on their overall records.

It's a disapline matter, not a criminal one.

I know many will disagree, but that is my thoughts.

They could've chosen a better game. Lousy cops with no taste.
That was my first thought too. If you're going to do something that might be negative for your career, do it real, damn it! If they had played a game like No More Heroes I could have understood it.
